Over the years, this bag has its ups and downs. There is only one common thread in all stories: if you have no pockets in your clothes, then you need this. That's how it was in prehistoric times. It is still like that. There has been a difference in the last 30 years, of course. In the first instance, the fanny pack was used to put pickpockets on the wrong leg. Just think of all those tourists with a wallet and a digital camera. It also proved a good way to camouflage the beer spoiler.

Hands-free bags

From 2010, the bag was once again embraced by the fashion industry. The bag became something more luxurious. You often see a transit for the cables of the headset or headset.
In some circles, modified versions are used to carry a handgun. That is just not our market (we hope).

Different countries. Different names

In other countries they are known as Belly Bags (our friends from the Prussian) and Banana Bags (Croisant land). In Italy they associate the bags with marsupials. Hence the name: Marsupio. The name Fanny pack is never used in English-speaking countries. Fanny is in fact a street language for the female sexual organ.
